While I appreciate all the effort it took to grind rice into flour and press it into an incredibly awkward, very much swimming upstream "bread loaf" so that gluten-free sandwiches can be a thing, this slice crumbles when you look at it, and I'm currently eating it with a fork. So I guess we could have just left it as rice, you know?
